Very good service from the front desk team, hotel room was nice and clean, breakfast was really good, service was excellent, definitely I will back to this hotel, location was the best, very close to Florida street, obelisk, you are able to walk everywhere, nice restaurant around !! thank you for the great experience!!

This was a wonderful place to stay after an overnight air flight. All was well. I love their care of my luggage even after I checked out . It stayed at the hotel another 7 hours. Safely. When I returned from that 7 hours away, I really appreciated the nice , clean bathroom off the lobby to ¨freshen up ¨in before taking the luggage to the next round of the trip. When you no longer have access to a room, that bathroom off the lobby is a great blessing! They readily gave out tourist info when asked too. The room I had even had a little outdoor patio. Ample space....they had a tub with the shower.. The only downside is that I could not find heat controls in the room and I was just a bit cool at night...I was tired, though, and not in the mood to try to tell the staff about it...next time I will....maybe the controls were somewhere on the air conditioner... You can´t check in until 2 and, unlike the USA, there did not seem to be any ¨wiggle room¨ to get in a bit early.... The restaurant and the lobby are good waiting spots so I was fine. I was just anxious to crash in my room and missed the USA´ s hotels that often let us check in early. I am going again there and just might make it my annual Buenos Aires hotel so I can get to know them and them me....always benefits to that... Until I got there I did not know that there was a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance...it is in the city center and not far from the popular Calle Florida....

the hotel is good ,the location is perfect if you want to stay near the florida street, buses, theatre,metro.

The hotel staff wa good and location was good for downtown close to shopping and eating. The value was great just make sure you ask for room away from street...it can get loud when there warly morning and late night...

This hotel is located in an excellent location, close to calle Florida and lavalle, very clean and service is excellent. pricing is average. i will certainly return to this hotel again.

Excellent breakfast options for free.

The hotel was in a good location for the theater, Florida Street, and sites of the central city. Yet, the street itself is a little narrow, dingy and seedy with sex shops/shows However, the bathrooms are very small and it is even awkward getting out of the shower because the facilities are so close together. Our room was on the street side and very noisy late at night with outside revelers. However, the staff was very nice and the lobby bar a very pleasant place for a drink and nibbles after a day of sightseeing.

Just a few blocks away from Puerto Madero, the obelisk, St Telmo and other main tourist attractions, very nice people, the building is a little old but nicely dress with lounge designs, the breakfast is fair enough and the price is very accessible. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are comfortable and clean, there are no available areas for kids but you can spend some time in the affordable nice lobby bar at nights.

On a very noisy street (like any other in the center) but room faced an inner courtyard and was quiet. With window fan/a.c. I got enough air to be pleasant. Bed was good, room was small, bathroom was clean, staff was pleasant.
